LEASING CONSULTANT - MID YEAR 2012

I was able to claim the title of Leasing Consultant Mid-Year due to my continuous follow up, effective needs assessment discovery and confident closing methods.

Becoming Leasing Consultant of the Year was no easy feat. I had to consistently follow up with my prospects, market effectively and provide exceptional customer service. 

LEASING CONSULTANT OF THE MONTH

My hard work was acknowledged by management by becoming Leasing Consultant of the Month company-wide for the months of April and May in 2012 and region-wide in October 2012.

MILLION DOLLAR CLUB

During my time with AMLI, I was able to bring in $2,000,000+ in revenue to the company. I was first inducted into the Million Dollar Club in June 2012 and the Two Million Dollar Club in December 2012. 

CLOSING RATIO

Throughout my various tours, I maintained a steady closing ratio. Year To Date, I was able to secure a closing ratio of 28%. Compared to other leasing consultants in the Houston region, this was a great ratio.

Program for Excellence in Selling - Student Sales Representative

Our PES CRM class gathered to welcome and congratulate players as they come in for the banquet. 

Our class has broken many records and set the bar exceptionally high for future classes. We defeated the previous record of 732 players.

Released to Sell

September 3, 2014

This was the first day we got released to start selling. It was extremely scary at first staying at $0 in sales for a while. I was determined to get on the dashboard. 

Week 3 of Sales

September 16, 2014

Through the luck of a friend, I was able to secure a snack sponsorship in the amount of $100. This was the first week that I appeared on the dashboard. 

Week 5 of Sales

September 29, 2014

By researching previous accounts through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, SalesForce.com, I was able to secure $1,100 in sales and sponsorships from a previous buyer. The momentum was beginning to form. 

Day of PES Open

October 27, 2014

After an aggressive 8 weeks of selling, I finished in 7th place out of 64 students in terms of dollar amount sold. I sold a total of $4,460 and exceeded my quota by 458%. I finished in 4th place in terms of players secured. I managed to get 32 players for our PES Open and exceeded my quota by 700%.
